Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk Airport airfield officers provide information throughout the airport; information desks can be found near concourse A in Terminal 1 and near concourse C in Terminal 2. Staff offer translation services and assistance to passengers with special needs. Tourist information is available in Terminal 2 (tel: 801 575 2800).
Airport Facilities Money and phone: The airport offers a bank with bureau de change. ATMs are available in both terminals. A post office is open daily 24 hours, just off the airport entry road. Eating and drinking: There are various fast-food outlets and coffee shops, as well as cafés, restaurants and bars. Shopping: Duty-free is available on concourse D of Terminal 2. Luggage services: There is a lost property service available in Terminal 1 (tel: 801 575 2427). A porter service is also available. Other facilities: The airport also provides a paramedic service, ski rental, children's play areas and baby change facilities. Conference and Business Facilities The Laptop Lane business centre (tel: 801 519 5060) offers desktop computers, PC modem and Internet connection, printing, faxing and photocopying facilities. The Zions bank in Terminal 2 also provides fax and photocopying facilities. There are computer phones located throughout the terminals. Delta AirLines Crown Room in Terminal 2 provides business facilities for its members.
Disabled Facilities The airport has lifts and ramps, disabled toilets, TDD telephones (tel: 801 575 2264) and low-level telephones. Disabled passengers are recommanded to inform their airline of any special requirements they may have and to request wheelchairs well in advance. In order to use public transport, disabled passengers should telephone Terminal Services (tel: 801 575 2477) in advance to make arrangements. Reserved car parking spaces are available for disabled drivers in all airport car parks. Shuttle buses are wheelchair-accessible.
